A family-owned crew that answers the phone at 2 a.m.
Trinity Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is a new family-owned business with 105 years of combined experience across the people who work here. We are Christian-based, and that shows up in how we run the company: family values, honest customer service and a phone that is answered around the clock.
The shop is at 500 Spring St in Springdale, Arkansas. From there the trucks go out to homes, businesses and restaurants across Northwest Arkansas and the River Valley. The same crew that replaces a home furnace also works on walk-in coolers, ice machines and rooftop units, and the phone is answered at any hour.

You get told what is wrong with the system. Restaurants get written findings after every visit, and Trinity System Care members get a status summary of their equipment.
