Restaurant services: keep the kitchen cold, hot and moving
When equipment fails during a rush, everything backs up. Tickets stack, food temps drift, guests get impatient, and managers juggle vendors instead of running the floor. A down walk-in risks spoilage, a weak ice machine slows drinks, and a hot dining room hurts reviews.
Trinity installs, repairs and maintains the systems a restaurant depends on, from our shop at 500 Spring St in Springdale to kitchens across Northwest Arkansas. 24/7 emergency service is always included.

What we service, one system at a time
Refrigeration
Walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables and display cases. Door gaskets, heaters, fan motors, controls, TXV/EEV diagnosis, drain repairs and defrost problems, plus coil cleaning, door-seal programs and temperature-logging setup. The goal is tighter temperatures, fewer emergency calls and longer compressor life.
Ice machines
Cubers, flakers, nugget machines, bins and dispensers. Cleaning and sanitizing schedules, scale and algae removal, valve and float problems, pump and water-system repairs, bin liner and seal repairs. The goal is steady production and cleaner ice, even in a rush.
Dining room and kitchen HVAC
Rooftop units, split systems and mini-splits of any make and model. Fan motors, contactors and boards, heat exchangers (visual), drain clearing, and a filter program, coil cleaning and thermostat tune-up to keep the dining room comfortable and the back of house bearable.
Make-up air and exhaust
Make-up air units, exhaust fans and hood components, on the mechanical side only (we do not clean hoods). Fan motors, belts, bearings and basic electrical, with belt checks, baffle-filter checks and visible grease alerts so fans do not quit in the middle of a shift.
Dish machines and sinks
Commercial dish machines within our scope, booster heaters, and visible supply and drain problems. Pump motors, thermostats and controls, inlet solenoids, spray component alignment, and descaling and cleaning schedules, coordinated with your chemical vendor when needed.
Cooking and warming line support is part of the same visit: thermostats and controllers, igniters, safety switches, wiring and cords, casters and restraints, and visible gas-hose problems on ranges, ovens, fryers, griddles and warmers, within our scope. Maintenance and service agreements
Customized maintenance plans and service agreements are available. Each agreement is tailored after an on-site assessment to fit your equipment mix, operating hours and budget.
