Residential services · Springdale, AR

Residential HVAC for Springdale and Northwest Arkansas homes.

Trinity handles the parts of a home comfort system that sit around the furnace and the air conditioner: the ducts, the mini-splits and VRF equipment that skip them, geothermal heat pumps, air quality, thermostats and new-construction planning.

We are family-owned, Christian-based, and open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from our shop at 500 Spring St. If you are looking for a straight replacement or a repair on a furnace or air conditioner, those live under heating services and AC services. Everything below is the work that fills in the rest of the house.

Ducts and airflow

Moving the air to every room.

A system can be sized perfectly and still leave the back bedroom hot if the duct run behind the drywall is leaking, crushed or undersized.

  • Duct repair and maintenance

Pulled-apart joints, crushed flex, wet insulation and failed plenums, traced from the air handler out to the register and repaired or replaced.

  • Duct sealing

Mastic and foil tape on the seams, boots and plenum connections where conditioned air escapes into the attic or crawlspace.

  • High-velocity heating and air conditioning

Small-diameter flexible duct for older homes and tight chases where a full-size trunk line will not fit.

Systems with a different layout

When a standard furnace and coil is the wrong answer.

Some rooms, additions and properties are better served by equipment that does not depend on a central duct system or an air-source outdoor unit.

  • Ductless mini-splits

A wall-mounted head inside, a compact outdoor unit, and a line set between them. Heating and cooling for an addition, a garage or a room the ducts never reached.

  • VRF systems

One outdoor unit feeding several indoor units, each room on its own thermostat, with refrigerant flow adjusted as demand changes.

  • Geothermal

A ground-source heat pump that trades heat with the earth through a buried loop instead of with the outdoor air.

Air, controls and new builds

What you breathe, what you adjust, and where it starts.

The equipment is only part of a comfortable house. The air it moves, the thermostat that runs it and the plan drawn before the walls go up matter just as much.

  • Indoor air quality

Filtration, ventilation and humidity control matched to the system you already have.

  • WiFi thermostats

Thermostats you can adjust from your phone, wired and set up to work with your equipment.

  • New construction

HVAC planned with your builder, architect or contractor before the framing is closed in.

Keeping it running

A membership visit looks at the airflow before it becomes a service call.

The Trinity System Care checklist has its own Airflow and Filtration section, plus Drainage and Moisture Control, which is where mini-split condensate lines and duct problems tend to show up first. Both Trinity memberships include two System Care visits a year and front-of-line scheduling.

“Conrad and Cade replaced all of the ductwork and the plenum under our house in a single day. They carried off all of the old material and left us with a much cooler house.”
