Trinity Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

Automation services for the systems we already keep running

Controls, cabling and design sit behind every comfortable building and every cold walk-in. Trinity handles that side of the work for businesses and homes in Springdale and across Northwest Arkansas, from the same shop on Spring Street that services the equipment.

Nothing here is a separate product line. It is what a heating, air conditioning and refrigeration crew does when a rooftop unit needs a schedule, a walk-in cooler needs an alarm, a new system needs to be sized properly, or a thermostat needs to answer to a phone. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For businesses

Four ways we work on the controls side of a commercial building

Schedules, setpoints, alarms

Building automation

A controller that runs the rooftop units on a real schedule and tells a person when something is wrong, instead of finding out from a tenant on Monday.

Roof, walk-in and panel

Integrated solutions

One crew for the rooftop unit, the walk-in cooler and the make-up air, with controls and temperature alarms that show how all of them are doing.

Load calculations and sizing

Engineering

Site assessments and load calculations done before the equipment is chosen, so a new system is the right size for the building.

Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6a copper, single-mode and multi-mode fiber, racks and labelling for the networks that building controls rely on.

At home

Residential automation

A thermostat you can change from your phone, schedules that follow the household, and a check that the equipment behind it is wired and set up for it.

We look at the furnace, heat pump or ductless system first, then at the control that goes on it. The thermostat product itself is on the WiFi thermostats page.

Open 24 hours, 7 days

The controls only help if someone answers the alarm.

Trinity answers the phone at any hour, and restaurants have 24/7 emergency service included. For homes, the Trinity Guardian Care and Priority Plus memberships build two System Care visits into the year, and the System Care checklist includes a Thermostat & Controls section.

Tell us what the building is doing.

A unit that runs all night, a cooler that drifts warm, a room that never catches up, or a network closet nobody trusts. Describe it, and we will say what we would look at first. You can also read about commercial HVAC, restaurant services or everything we service.
