Integrated HVAC and refrigeration solutions for Northwest Arkansas businesses
One crew for the rooftop unit, the walk-in cooler, the make-up air and the controls that keep an eye on all of them.
Chapter 01
A restaurant or store with four systems and four sets of controls
Walk into a working kitchen and count the equipment that keeps it legal and comfortable: a rooftop unit for the dining room, a walk-in cooler and freezer, an ice machine, and make-up air that replaces what the hood exhausts. Each one has its own panel, its own thermostat or controller, and its own way of failing at the worst moment.
When they are serviced by four different companies, the owner becomes the integrator. Integrated solutions is the opposite arrangement: one crew that understands how the systems affect each other, and controls that make their condition visible.

Trinity works on HVAC, commercial refrigeration, make-up air and exhaust, and ice machines, so a call about a warm cooler does not turn into an argument about whose equipment it is. The photo on this page is a refrigeration control cabinet of the kind we work in: contactors, compressor controllers and wiring that has to be understood before it can be changed.
Where it fits the building, temperature sensors on a walk-in can be monitored and set to alarm when the box drifts out of range. Defrost cycles and compressor behaviour can be checked against what the equipment is meant to do, and refrigeration can be tied into a building controller so one alarm list covers the whole site. Not every site needs all of that. We start from what you own and what has gone wrong before.
The aim is simple: fewer surprises on a Saturday, and one number to call when there is one.
Chapter 03
The alarm at night
Monitoring only helps if somebody answers. Trinity is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 24/7 emergency service is always included for restaurants. The phone is answered at any hour, including when a walk-in alarm goes off in Springdale at midnight.
Restaurants can also take us up on a Free Visual Equipment Check: a walk through the refrigeration, ice machines, HVAC, make-up air and cooking equipment, with no gauges and no disassembly, and written findings after every visit. It is a good way to find out what the controls should be watching.

What an after-hours call sounds like
A restaurant owner on the night before Christmas Eve
“Call these guys! Came out in less than an hour the night before Christmas eve to repair the freezer at my restaurant. After taking the time to investigate and track down the problem, he was able to fix it on site! Life saver for anyone running a restaurant & needing repairs "after hours". They are truly 24/7 & great to work with.”
