Heating · Springdale, AR

Heating services for Northwest Arkansas homes, and a phone that is answered when the heat quits.

Furnaces stop on the coldest night, not on a Tuesday afternoon. Trinity Air Conditioning and Refrigeration installs, maintains and repairs heating systems out of the shop at 500 Spring St in Springdale, and the line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We are a family-owned crew with 105 years of combined experience, Rheem PRO PARTNER, and Arkansas HVACR license #0003128. Gas furnaces, heat pumps and dual fuel systems all come through the same door, from the first install to the repair call years later.

The three jobs

Put one in, keep it running, fix it when it stops.

  • Heating installation

A new gas furnace or heat pump, sized to the house and set in the closet or attic with the flue, gas and wiring done to match. Financing is available through Synchrony.

  • Heating maintenance

A fall tune-up that checks the thermostat, the blower, the electrical and safety parts, and ends with a status summary of the system.

  • Heating repair

No heat, short cycling, a blower that groans or a furnace that clicks and never lights. A technician is on call all night, every night.

Heat without a furnace

Heat pumps and geothermal.

Not every house needs a flame. A heat pump moves heat in with the same refrigerant circuit that cools in summer, and a geothermal loop does it with the ground instead of the outdoor air. Both are on the list, and both get the same maintenance visit as everything else we service.

  • Heat pumps

Installation, maintenance and repair of heat pumps, the one outdoor unit that heats in winter and cools in summer.

  • Geothermal heating and cooling

Ground-loop systems that borrow the steady temperature of the earth instead of fighting the January air.

Before the first freeze

A membership turns the fall tune-up into a habit.

Both Trinity memberships include two annual Trinity System Care visits, two annual HVAC service visits with the service visit charge waived, a priority seasonal system review and front-of-line scheduling. The heating season is when front of the line matters most.

  • Trinity Guardian Care: $29.99 per month, 15% off repairs, member visit rate $30.
  • Trinity Priority Plus: $14.99 per month, 10% off repairs, member visit rate $55.
