Commercial HVAC and refrigeration for Northwest Arkansas businesses

A business that loses its air conditioning loses its customers, and one that loses its cooler loses its stock. Trinity Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is a family-owned shop at 500 Spring St in Springdale, and commercial work runs from rooftop units and air handlers, compressors and drives, ductless systems, and the walk-ins and ice machines behind restaurant kitchens.

The phone at (479) 325-1075 is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week, because commercial equipment does not fail on a schedule. We hold Arkansas HVACR licence #0003128 and Oklahoma HVACR licence #097914. Pick the equipment below to see how we work it, or call and talk to us about your building.

Heating, cooling and air handling

The comfort side of the building

Stores, offices and shops run on rooftop units, split systems and air handlers. These are the jobs that keep the sales floor and the back office at temperature.

Commercial and light commercial HVAC

Repair, installs and maintenance for rooftop, split, mini-split and VRF systems in offices, retail, restaurants, medical suites and warehouses.

RTU and AHU service and repair

Belts, blowers, coils, contactors, drain pans and controls on roof top units and air handling units.

Mini-split installation and service

Ductless systems for the add-on room, the server closet or the shop that has no space for duct.

System swap-outs

When a unit is past repair, a planned replacement on the same curb or pad instead of an emergency one.

Compressors and drives

The parts that do the heavy lifting

The compressor moves the refrigerant and the drive controls the motor. When either fails, the whole system goes with it, so both get their own lane.

Compressor repair

Finding out why a compressor trips or locks out, and fixing the cause rather than resetting the breaker.

Compressor installation

Replacement compressors set, brazed, evacuated, charged and started up in HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

VFD replacement

Variable frequency drives sized to the motor nameplate, wired, programmed and watched under load.

Refrigeration, kitchens and controls

Cold storage, hot kitchens and the controls that tie them together

Our crew works on the equipment that keeps food cold and the kitchen air moving. These pages are where that work lives.

Commercial refrigeration

Supermarket refrigeration, deli equipment, walk-in coolers and ice makers, from the control cabinet to the condensing unit.

Restaurant services

One vendor for refrigeration, HVAC, make-up air and exhaust, and ice machines, with 24/7 emergency service always included.

Automation services

Building automation, engineering, integrated solutions and network cabling for commercial systems.

Under commercial refrigeration: Full kitchen services, Ice makers, Walk-in coolers.
