Heating installation and furnace replacement in Springdale
A new gas furnace or heat pump, sized to your house, installed and tested by a Rheem PRO PARTNER crew that answers the phone all night.
Chapter 01
When the old furnace tells you it is done
A furnace rarely quits all at once. It starts lighting late, then cycles on and off before the house is warm, then trips a safety switch and needs a reset every few days. The gas bill creeps up while the vents blow weaker air. Somewhere around the third or fourth service call in a few winters, the repair stops being the sensible spend.
There are harder signs too. Rust flaking off the cabinet, soot around the burner area, a heat exchanger that a technician finds cracked, or a blower that has been rebuilt once already. A cracked exchanger is the one that ends the conversation, because it can let combustion gases into the air the house breathes.
If your system is in that territory, call the shop in Springdale before the first hard freeze, not during it. A planned replacement is a calm morning. A dead furnace at 2 a.m. is a rushed decision.

A Rheem gas furnace and a water heater installed in a foil-lined closet with a new flue pipe
Sized to the house, set in the closet, tested before we leave
Trinity starts by looking at the space: the size of the house, how it is insulated, where the ducts run and what the old unit was asked to do. From that we calculate the heating requirement and recommend a system for the house and the budget, not for the nameplate on the unit coming out. An oversized furnace short-cycles and wears out early, and an undersized one runs all night and never catches up.
The install itself covers the pieces people forget until they are wrong: the furnace set level in its closet or attic, new flue pipe run with the right pitch and clearances, the gas connection, the electrical and the thermostat wiring. Trinity is a Rheem PRO PARTNER, and the crew also works on Carrier and other equipment, so a swap does not have to mean changing brands.
Before the truck leaves, the system is started, run through a full heating cycle and checked: flame, temperature rise across the heat exchanger, blower operation and the safety controls. Heat pumps follow the same logic with their own checks on the refrigerant side. Questions about cost? Financing through Synchrony is available, and the application link is on our financing page.
Chapter 03
Year one, year ten: keeping a new furnace new
A new furnace is clean for exactly one season. After that the filter loads up, the blower collects dust and connections loosen with every heating cycle. The cheapest way to protect the equipment is the same visit every year, which is why new installs and memberships belong together.
Trinity Guardian Care and Trinity Priority Plus each include two annual Trinity System Care visits and two annual HVAC service visits. They also come with a signup credit, $500 or $250, that applies only toward the purchase of a new HVAC system installation. The credit is not monthly, has no cash value and does not apply to repairs or maintenance, so it is worth reading the membership page before you schedule the install.
If something does go wrong later, the same number answers any hour of the day or night: (479) 325-1075.

Signs it is time to replace
Five things that point to a new system.
- The furnace needs a repair every winter and the parts bills add up.
- Rooms heat unevenly even though the filter is clean and the vents are open.
- A technician has found a cracked heat exchanger.
- Rust, soot or scorch marks show on the cabinet or around the burners.
- The gas or electric bill climbs while the house stays cold.
