Heating maintenance for Springdale furnaces and heat pumps
A checklist visit before the cold arrives, so the furnace is found tired on a mild October day and not on the coldest night of the year.
Chapter 01
The failures a tune-up catches in October
Most no-heat calls in January started as small things in September. A filter packed with dust starves the furnace of air, so it runs hot and trips the limit switch. A blower compartment caked with lint slows the fan. A flame sensor coated in residue drops out mid-cycle, and the furnace lights, shuts off, and lights again until it locks out.
From the living room you see none of this. You notice a house that takes longer to warm up, a furnace that runs louder, or a smell on the first cold morning that fades after an hour. By then the system is already working harder than it should, and the next cold snap decides whether it keeps going.
A tune-up before the heating season is when those problems get found on a Tuesday afternoon instead of a Sunday night.

What a Trinity System Care visit covers on the heating side
Every Trinity System Care visit follows a written checklist. On a heating system that starts with Thermostat and Controls: verify thermostat operation and calibration, confirm the heating, cooling and fan functions, and inspect the low-voltage wiring connections.
Next is Airflow and Filtration: the filter condition, supply and return airflow, the cleanliness of the blower compartment and the operation of the blower motor. Then Electrical and Safety Components: electrical connections inspected and tightened, capacitors and contactors tested, and safety controls and limit switches verified.
The visit closes with the System Performance Review. The technician verifies proper startup and shutdown, evaluates how the system runs overall, documents findings and recommendations, and hands you a system status summary. That summary is the useful part: it tells you what is healthy, what is wearing and what to budget for next.
Chapter 03
Twice a year, on a schedule you do not manage
Maintenance fails when it depends on someone remembering. Both Trinity memberships build the schedule in: two annual Trinity System Care visits, two annual HVAC service visits with the service visit charge waived, a priority seasonal system review and front-of-line scheduling when the weather turns.
Trinity Guardian Care is $29.99 per month with 15% off repairs, a $30 member visit rate (regular $75) and a 2-year parts warranty on parts replaced while the membership is active.
