HVAC systems for restaurants
Rooftop and split-system cooling and heating for kitchens and dining rooms, serviced on any make and model.
Chapter 01
A busy kitchen pushes the whole building around
A restaurant is a heat engine with a dining room attached. Fryers, ranges and ovens dump heat into the kitchen all day, dish machines add steam, and every hood pulls conditioned air out through the roof. The air conditioning has to cool a room full of guests while the kitchen next door works against it.
When the system falls behind, the symptoms are specific. The dining room is warm at the tables nearest the pass. The kitchen climbs past what the line cooks can stand. A rooftop unit runs all afternoon and never catches up, or it short-cycles because a sensor, a contactor or a clogged coil is cutting it off early.

How Trinity works a restaurant HVAC call
We service restaurant heating and cooling on any make and model: rooftop package units, split systems and the thermostats and controls that run them. On a rooftop unit that usually starts with the parts that fail first: capacitors and contactors, condenser fan motors, belts and blower wheels, the evaporator and condenser coils, the condensate drain and the economizer dampers.
The kitchen changes how we read the unit. A coil that looks fine in a house can be loaded with grease film from a kitchen that shares return air, and a unit that seems undersized may simply be fighting a hood that exhausts more air than the make-up system replaces. So we look at the rooftop unit, the hood and the make-up air as one system.
Our Free Visual Equipment Check covers restaurant HVAC alongside the refrigeration, ice machines and exhaust. We walk the equipment with no gauges and no disassembly, note what we can see, and send you written findings after every visit. If a repair is the answer, the findings tell you what needs it. Call (479) 325-1075 at any hour, because a dead rooftop unit in July does not wait for business hours.
Chapter 03
Keeping the dining room comfortable through the Friday rush
Most restaurant HVAC failures are the slow kind. Filters load up, coils scale over, belts glaze, a drain line half clogs. Each one costs capacity a little at a time, and the unit gives out on the hottest, busiest night of the year.
Maintenance and service agreements are available after an on-site assessment, so coil cleaning, filter changes, belt and fan checks and a seasonal review happen before the load arrives, not after. Trinity is based at 500 Spring St in Springdale and serves restaurants across Northwest Arkansas, 24/7.

Kitchen side
What we look at behind the line
- Rooftop unit capacity against the heat the equipment throws.
- Hood exhaust against the make-up air that replaces it.
- Grease and dust loading on coils and filters.
- Dish room steam and the exhaust that carries it out.
Dining side
What we look at out front
- Thermostat placement and the controls that run each unit.
- Airflow at the tables nearest the kitchen pass.
- Drain lines, filters and belts before the summer load arrives.
- A written note of what we found, every visit.
